Principals Message

It is an honor and privilege to be the Principal of G.K.S. College Arts, Commerce & Science, Khadavali ( Junior & Senior College ) affiliated to the University of Mumbai. The college has started its journey in 2012 – 13 and made great strides in a brief span of merely 12 years. Initially it offered only Four programs like B.A, B.Sc, (C.S.), BSC I.T B.Com (A & F ) & BMS with merely 230 students. *Alongwith these courses presently college has Masters programmes in Arrs, Commerce and Science as well as PhD programmes in the Economics and History subjects

The college taking care of all round personality development for excellent career by paying personal attention to every individual student. Mentoring of student by teachers is one of the main features of the college. The college organizes Guest lectures, Seminars and Conferences quite often for proper grooming and all-round development of students and faculity as well. The college Management takes special care for promotion of Research Culture in the college.

The college library is fully computerized. The NSS wing of the college conduts number of co-curricular and extension activities throughout the years. Our vision is to create future leaders who manage and create powerful organizations in the emerging corporate landscape. Various pedagogic tools help our students develop not only a holistic business perspective but an ability to seize opportunities in a competitive business environment. At the same time they remain committed towards the betterment of the society. The college is working towards equipping the future business leaders and rendering them capable of responding to challenges in the emerging markets. Industry-Institute Interface is an important ingredient in the training process. I wish to see my students in future as great leaders of the Nation in every field. I would equally call upon all our faculity members to create new milestones in the field of learing through their research, innovations and service to nation
